Pros

Technical jobs allow for remote work.

Cons

They pay below market rate, because they cannot afford to pay better. They also lay off employees regularly, making high paying jobs at One Call risky to have. This has led to lots of turnover, and experience drain, which will only continue to get worse. I anticipate they will attempt to solve this with increased contractor labor, but that is how they got into trouble in the first place, so clearly no lesson was learned in terms of how to operate in a better way.

Pros

You work at your own pace. You have cases assigned to you that need to get done and it is a lot of work. But you have the ability to work from home, play your music while you work and feel like your in control of your cases.

Cons

Pay is low for the amount of work you get per day. Ex. 10-15 cases a day and it takes awhile to finish cases.
