Pros

Great management team. They are very supportive and understanding. A lot of opportunities to grow within the company. Coworkers are flexible and will help you out if needed. The unpredictability keeps it interesting. You can really impact a child's life.

Cons

There is a lot of driving you must do to cover thirteen counties and you have to use your own vehicle, but you do get 46 cents to the mile of reimbursement.

Cons

No help from upper management Leading agency did not care about child welfare, they were only interested in riding workers in the ground to increase numbers.
