Pros

There are good reasons to work at One Hope United.

Cons

One Hope United does not support work/life balance. The agency is only concerned about ensuring that the management team "looks good" and performance is the only factor they consider. They do not care if you work twenty-four hours a day. They do not support time off when requested. The only way to get time off is to go to the doctor and have a medical reason to be off. The management team hires or promotes their friends and all others are not considered for advancement.
