Pros

Making a difference with the families.

Cons

Very unorganized. It can be better but the "higher ups" should be open to change.

Pros

I loved working with the kids and being a good role model for them. It allowed me to be creative and I left with strong personal connections to both the kids and staff.

Cons

The staff hired need to be prepared better to intervene in dangerous situations. The professional staff have a disconnext when working with the floor staff. Unfortunately the campus is less supportive than it alleges for both the youth residing there and the staff working there. When taking this position be aware that you will be surrounded in a volatile environment more often than not.
