The word is nepotism, OHU management hire and promote their friends and family at a higher rate of pay.

If low pay and watching the inner circle go to lunch, shop and take credit for your work sound like a pro...

Cons

If you start at OHU, you may feel like you want to do what you can for the clients. Its a trap, you can do very little for them. Volunteer your time, but dont make them your career.
