Pros

The mission and the case managers who are out there everyday protecting children.

Cons

My salary is not on par with other non profits in the area. And there is no work-life balance.

Staff is warm and welcoming. Supervisors and employees are professional.

Pros

If low pay and watching the inner circle go to lunch, shop and take credit for your work sound like a pro...

Cons

If you start at OHU, you may feel like you want to do what you can for the clients. Its a trap, you can do very little for them. Volunteer your time, but dont make them your career.
