Pros

Nice desk space, kind caseworkers, manageable workload.

Cons

DO NOT WORK HERE IF ELISA RANSOM is the DoP. Elisa thrives on drama and has no leadership skills whatsoever. I don't even know what she is doing as DoP. Elisa has no empathy or appreciation for her employees and thinks she's still in the military when she's actually working in child welfare. Elisa literally drove all her employees away in a 6 month period. Many quit on the spot and left to go find other work. If Elisa is DoP DO NOT WORK HERE. SHE WILL DESTROY YOUR WILL TO HELP OTHERS AND WILL NOT LET YOU SUCCEED.
