Flexible work from home and you get mileage. Make your own schedule. Nice people to work with.

Cons

Very disorganized and low pay, especially for the stress related to the work. They also offered me $21/hr in my offer letter only to find out when I got my first paycheck that this was a type o and I was earning $17/hr. I didn't stay long.
