      Pros

      One Inc is such an amazing company to work for. Everyone truly cares about your success and is always there to uplift you. Work life balance is unmatched, and I couldn't have asked for a better place to work at.

      In my role specifically, I wish the pay was higher. That is the only con I have

      Could be decent, but...

      Insurance, wide range of tasks, possible professional growth, great engineer team, good to be first job (if you don't expect a lot)

      Cons

      Not loyal management, poor communication, low salaries, no budget for education, don't care about employees
