      Pros

      My professional background is working at large banking institutions. Coming to One Inc was definitely the right career move for me for a number of reasons: it's a great team -- I respect everyone that I work with and believe in management's vision for the company; I enjoy being part of a young and innovative growth company that is the market leader in the insurance digital payments space; the entire company is passionate about being the best and this conviction and commitment permeates throughout the entire organization (it is unlike anything I ever experienced before); One Inc makes sure that its employees have all the resources possible to be successful and to have a voice in the strategic direction of the company; and, if that's not enough, One Inc regularly recognizes its employees by celebrating birthdays, new hires and by sending thank you gifts throughout the year that make you feel really appreciated.

      Is the entire C-Suite knowing you by name a con? I don't think so...

      5 Star People, 1 Star Leadership

      Pros

      Great people who are smart, hard-working, and collaborative. The former leadership established a great culture that still can be felt with how people work and interact with each other. The product is needed in the market and there's not a lot of competition.

      Cons

      Private Equity takeover has not gone well. The company culture has been lost and new leadership lacks honesty, transparency and long-term direction. Too many low revenue sales deals. All signs point to the company getting sold in the near future so there's little to no emphasis on work culture anymore. Employees are over-worked and underappreciated.

      Thank you for your honest review. There is no doubt the founders created a great culture! Their ideas on the market and people are wonderful and we work with them to build on that, every day. We will address each of your concerns individually in an upcoming All Hands. The company has narrowed focus to payments and we are executing on our vision of modernizing all P&C payments use cases and their workflows in a single network. We want the nation’s best WFH, collaborative and fun team. We are not without growing pains and want to do what is best for our employees.

      New leadership changes have lead to many changing priorities.
