Pros

Fast-paced environment and great culture. Disrupting the medical industry. Young and outgoing crowd, but great at providing service. Convenient locations around the San Francisco and other big cities and growing. Ability to work at out-of-state locations.

Cons

Not much cons. It was a great experience and all of staff are there for support. Easy to get caught up with growth.

Pros

The best people - smart but not arrogant, kind but not soft, hard-working but with an incredible sense of humor and irreverence combine to make for a killer culture. Most people love coming to work every day. The growth opportunities available and the constant change keep things interesting.

Cons

If you like consistency and stability, the above mentioned constant changes would be a big con. There is also sometimes a disregard of lower level employees' comfort or interests, then overly compensated for by lots of hand-holding and pandering. The frenetic pace can sometimes be exhausting.
