      Remote opportunities Nationwide footprint is convenient

Public emphasis on DEI contrasts sharply with the lack of diversity in senior leadership and management. Growth strategy centers on acquiring smaller firms, often followed by restructuring that leads to instability and layoffs once it is financially convenient. Markets itself as a “one-stop shop” for small businesses, yet internal systems, service delivery, and billing processes feel outdated and inefficient. Advancement appears tied more to image, agreeableness, and networking than to competence, accountability, or outcomes.

      No pros whatsoever. Sugar coated a lot of details

      They hire a lot for AEP and don’t tell people they’ll be working 6 days a week all 10 hour shifts and no commision until 3 months later.

      You’re given a lot of trust and autonomy to do your job, which makes a big difference at the director level Marketing isn’t just a support function — you’re involved in real conversations about growth and strategy The people are smart, collaborative, and genuinely care about doing good work There’s room to try new ideas and test things without being overly risk-averse. Flexible work style with a strong focus on outcomes over optics
