Great work/life balance - No expectations to get on after work hours. Very flexible for telework - We get 2 days per week which is amazing. I had to get knee surgery last year and I was allowed to work as necessary from home. Competitive Pay/Benefits - Have really great health benefits and competitive offer Tech talks/fun events - We have monthly tech talks in which we share a tech topic. And also have fun events like soccer, bowling etc.

As a growing small business it's so important to be with people who are helping eachother, and who take advantage of open and clear lines to leadership. Somewhat rare in the government space, our work and customers give us a great opportunity to work with industry-leading technologies and practices.
