      Pros

      OneGlobe is a fast-growing company that embraces and pushes for cutting-edge technology and practices in government contracts. The company encourages its employees to take advantage of their education stipend plan to take courses and research technologies that each of the employees are interested in. They host monthly "Tech Talks" in which an employee gives a presentation on a technology of their choosing to educate the rest of the company, over food and drinks supplied by management. The social events are always a blast, and vary widely, from DC United Soccer games, to Bowling in Chinatown, to a cruise on the Potomac for a Christmas party. Management is very approachable, and I always feel like my best interests are in mind.

      Cons

      I have never had a bad experience or have anything negative to say about working for OneGlobe, or the people that I have worked with in the company.

      Pros

      OneGlobe is a growing company with lots of opportunity and potential for growth. They have competitive compensation including annual bonuses and professional development. They truly invest in their employees. Great benefits - health, dental, vision, disability, AD&D. 401K with employer contribution even if you choose not to contribute and no vesting period. PTO and Federal holidays off. Paid commuter benefits are especially nice in this area for those of us who live out in the 'burbs. My colleagues are great and always willing to help out. I have found that management is very approachable and listens to what you have to say. Good work is recognized. Frequent company sponsored events. Flexible work schedule.
