      OneGlobe is by far the best company I have ever worked for. They truly care about there employees bit mental and professional growth and happiness. - Annual Bonus: are determined by both growth and performance encouraging employees to strive to learn and grow not just for their current role but their future. -401K 7% salary match -Flex Hours: as long as you work 80 hours in a pay cycle it can be however best fits your schedule. Meaning you could work 12 hours Monday and 4 hours Tuesday. This is ideal for parents are even if you just have schedule doctors appointments. -$5,000 a year to take courses as well as a Udemy subscription to get certifications. - Flexible work from home policy -MUCH MUCH MORE

      Pros

      Great company to work for! I have really enjoyed my experience working for One Globe. The employees are a lot of fun to work/problem solve with. With a lot of opportunity to learn new tech and grow your career plus competitive pay/benefits I can't see leaving anytime soon.

      Can be difficult to keep up if you are not self motivated

      Pros

      This is a fast growing company with many talented people. For motivated individuals, it’s a great place to be; a great place to learn and advance in your career. Hard work is noticed and rewarded. Terrific health and professional development benefits. For me, it's been a great place to learn and grow with people I love to work with.

      Cons

      It's fast paced. Not really a "con" but a reality: you'll be expected to learn new things and become a self-sufficient contributor.
