A company with potential but going downhill from investors and AI influence

Work from anywhere, acceptable pay range, inviting office culture (if in-office is possible), and an organized HR department

Cons

Disorganized management, lack of room for career growth, blindly pushing AI, and fully remote teams leads to an unpleasant work culture and overall poor career path

Toxic condescending culture

Pros

Technical teammates are incredibly smart and respectful. Day to day teams driving relationships and delivery are a great group of smart and talented individual contributors.

Cons

Middle, upper and senior leaders are horrible. Condescending, un professional and often flat out rude to others. A dramatic shift in productivity, growth and moral has happened over the past year. Leadership is out of touch and lazy. Zero effort or accountability towards what teams need to meet goals “talking heads” for optics and corporate politics is more important than actually learning what is in market or trending in innovation in industries we serve.
