Best wordsmiths this side of the mason-dixon line.

Cons

They only want people to believe that they are decent...they do not actually want to be a good company. I was part of a group of 15+ folks that complained to the HR Leadership about our toxic work environment. Never received follow nor did anyone check with me to see how are the current conditions. They still are just as toxic as ever.

The ten values that the company promotes is not practiced within the organization. Executive team is completely out of touch with what is happening with their teams and all they seem to focus on is utilization and numbers

Poor planning , hire so many without checking the projects in pipeline. Mass Layoffs.
