Workday is a great platform to be in! The consultants are smart and every day is a new learning experience.

Cons

OSV's Ten Values are not being practiced and management is oblivious to the pain points that the consultants are experiencing. Too much emphasis is being placed on utilization hours without regard to the current situation. It's a feast or famine- either you have no work/life balance or there isn't enough work to go around.

They foster an environment that encourages growth and recognize hard work.

Cons

It's a growing company so the Standard Operating Procedures are constantly being updated to fit the needs of the clients we serve. This makes for a lot of work but also provides the ability to show dedication to our clients. The Benefits are very expensive.

Pros

Workday is an awesome technology and OSV supports WD and training needed for certifications.

Cons

Excessive work hours. No backup resources available so time off is very difficult. Not uncommon to be assigned to 5+ projects. Difficult to keep clients happy which results in high stress. Turnover is extremely high which makes it difficult to deliver consistently.
