      Pros

      Great paid time off! Unbelievable actually! Work area is great. Facility is very clean and modern, just like the Workday platform we use. Workday is a thing of beauty!

      Cons

      Growth has come too fast and I've taken on things in my role that should never be.

      Pros

      The "Pros" are what the company was truly based on in the beginning and the foundation that the leadership built it's initial success on.

      Cons

      Incredibly rapid growth has separated Upper Management from the reality of what is truly happening. The remote locations still seem to have a more positive outlook but those of us at the home office are extremely frustrated and disappointed in the recent growth in Outside Middle Management that want to just do things the way their last employer did. News flash there is a reason why it is their PAST Employer. This same Middle Management is responsible for hiring for positions that are not needed in these remote locations and then making decisions that WILL hurt the customers and thus the company as a whole.

      Pros

      This company is by far the best company I have ever worked for. I've read the negative comments and I can say that those speaking negatively do not live by and/or understand the values at OSV. OSV has a fun, friendly environment. There is an open door policy there including with Brian (the CEO who is coolest, most down to earth CEO EVER) If those unhappy didn't take advantage of it, that is on them.

      Cons

      None..... OSV is a fairly new, growing company and will have hiccups. Brian himself tells you off immediately upon meeting him: 1. His unwavering values 2. things will constantly change and why.
