Policies are often fabricated by department to achieve personal goals. Managers tell their employees they won't get paid if they do or don't do tasks. Paychecks being withheld are a common scare tactic. They also make up vacation policies and then do not follow the made-up rules they told their teams to follow. When someone goes to Human Resources to question a policy, the employee either receives the silent treatment or is scolded for questioning it. The result is that employees keep their mouths shut until they are fired or quit out of disgust. The higher-ups are told this is happening but nothing is done to the "boys club."

This company has done a full 180 since I started. The people that are in charge do not even come to the office more than three times a month. The managers play favoritism to those employees that suck up to them. You have a revolving door of employees because their is no room for advancement and have employees in position that should have been promoted years ago. No chance to talk to management as they could care less about any employees experiences. The executive team could care less to hear from any workers and are never there.
