Pros

- There are some people throughout the company that still live the values. - Flexibility to work from home was great. - Employer contributed to HSA.

Cons

- Senior leadership continues to miss the mark on hiring quality engagement leaders. People are continuing to leave because of it. - OSV used to pride itself on its culture, but the teamwork and innovation just isn't there like it once was. - Pay is lower than other partners

Pros

In some departments there is genuine concern for employee-family life.

Cons

Leadership's business and egos grew too fast and now the employees have to pay. Benefits have been reduced (not to mention the complete lack of suitable women and family benefits), raises have been cut, employees were even told in an all hands meeting to think twice about requesting a new computer to replace your horrid broken one or the company may not give you a bonus next year. Not to mention all these changes were not adequately communicated in advance by Human Resources. It's a downward spiral ....

Pros

Nice culture, pay at market (ususually), gracious PTO policy, lots of smart people to work with.

Cons

Executive churn is a problem. I do hear some roles are paid below market. Trending away from remote employees. They started leasing a new large building in Coppell, need to fill it.
