      This is a failing, miserable company. No vertical movement opportunities.

      Pros

      - The job is relatively easy with low overhead

      Cons

      - No vertical movement opportunities (I was at OneSpan for two years consistently asking what I had to do for a promotion. They ended up laying me off once I started making good money in the SDR role and they didn't want to pay me. This also happened to another SDR on my team that was the top performer. They will not let you succeed). - The company is constantly going through structural and management changes - Unattainable goals for SDRs - Inferior product in the eSignature space - Entirely remote with no traveling opportunities

      You are out of your mind if you join this company. They offer NO STOCK options and pay SUB PAR salaries.

      They pay you and the checks don't bounce

      Cons

      Terrible culture. CEO gets on company call and says "We are not a family". Ok to think it - but to say it to the entire company. Needs to go back to being a Chemical Engineer. Most NON DYNAMIC CEO ever.

      Sinking Ship

      Pros

      I was given the space to make an impact on the business besides my corner. As such, I went deep and far within the company and have lasting relationships with great people.

      Cons

      The ship started sinking with the M-Team. Now that Matt Moynahan has been fired, I'm sure it will only be a matter of time before they're left with no people. The company is in a very sad state.
