Great company to gain entry-level experience

Pros

They give you what you need to get your foot in the door in the IT world. The people are great, and you can work from home at almost any position there.

Cons

Low, low pay and not a lot of interaction between management and employees. The money stays at the top, the owners are the sweetest richest people...but, if you're not at the top you see very little of that profit.

Very relaxed dress code (as in, there is none), helpful and nice coworkers, easy to move up with good performance and low call times.

Cons

Very rigid break schedule, have to be in a queue if you want to go to the bathroom.
