Pros

Full time I guess, if you need hours at horrible times

Cons

EVERY SINGLE THING ELSE.... I went into the job with a positive outlook regardless of the reviews I also saw! I went into training and T-mobile was a new project so they had trainers from internal T-mobile to train us. I mean over all T-mobile just screws people over but the training I received... didn't help at all. They messed up my direct deposit, management is rude and unhelpful especially human resources. The hours are horrible.. and they always give false promises. It is such a small space and the environment there is sooooooooooo ghetto. It is literally like high school where rumors and people are always judging you even the upper management. Everyone is sleeping with eachother and people are dirty so germs are everywhere because people don't know how to clean up after themselves. I got sick 3 times due to that job and omg... the bathrooms... especially the WOMEN'S... GROSS. The men think they can keep hugging you and touching you or sizing you up and down. Now this sounds like over exaggerating but seriously just do yourself a favor and DONT work here. The hours aren't flexible in any type of department whether it is Verizon Cofee of T-mobile sales/ customer care... AT&T... They give you ONE 20 minute break for full time and they tell you when to take it. They always schedule it an hour into your shift. Then you get one 30 minute lunch and tell you when to take it. The lunch isn't the crappy part really but the break... like really? I just got here. Supervisors refuse to take your escalation and you're just put into a position that nobody knows what theyre doing. Oh yeah and people also suck at parking... the parking SUCKS. Anyways, it keeps going... but I'm done. One touch sucks.

Pros

Internal Growth Ability to make money Fun Work Environment Great Learning experience Sales Experience I started off at one touch direct on the sales floor with almost no experience. After just a few monthes of training classes and being coached by supervisors I was making sales constantly. I have also moved up to a management position that is setting me up for a successful future.

Cons

Communication Not that many parking spaces Late night shifts Although One Touch has been a great experience for me it has its cons like every other business. These cons are not really anything that should stop someone from pursuing a career at One Touch, in my opinion

Pros

The Pros of OneTouch Direct is that the pay is not terribly bad, especially if this is your first job. This is a great entry level position to start out in if you have no work experience and need some to go on your resume. There is also opportunity to earn Commission which is great if you are good at the sales aspect of the job. The direct management of the agents also do the best they can to make the environment as fun as possible.

Cons

There is absolutely NO GROWTH! You might become a Supervisor or even a Team Lead, but the pay isn't great and they will put you back on the phones quicker than you blink because they need more people on the phones to create more revenue. Even though you can make commission they are constantly changing it and it can be very difficult to get into a good rhythm.
