      Just for the commission, leads are coming to you so if you are good at sales you will make some commission

      Cons

      Low support, supervisors are not that professional, bad work environment

      People care, company doesn't.

      Pros

      People are very kind and want to see you succeed.

      Cons

      They will send you home early if you don't have salesno matter how hard you are trying. Also if you've worked 30 hours and have less than 5 lines you can't work your full 40.
