Very unprofessional environment. you can tell they are trying to reach a certain amount of representatives and they basically were hiring who ever walked through the door.

PTO never gets approved, Never have same supervisor for more than 2 weeks, training is long and useless, Management threatened to fire agents when Cat 5 hurricane was coming and we were ordered to evacuate.
