Pros

There were a couple of good people there but basically they were all leaving for obvious reasons.

Cons

No support, no acknowledgment, no internal communication, nobody knows or really cares what their job is and everybody keeps telling the others what to do. They absolutely support arrogant, bully supervisors and management members. The loudest person gets the power instead of the competent ones.

Most of my coworkers were great and I enjoyed working with them.

Cons

You will never get a raise. It's company policy. No matter how well you do your job, you will be living under the poverty line and cannot rise above it. It is very easy to manipulate the upper management with a sob story in order to target another employee. People are afraid to complain about their supervisor because of retaliation, which DOES happen. One team supervisor is very inept and has great difficulty communicating, comprehending, and admitting any fault. The computers they send to employees do not function well enough to do the job as expected. Senior management and the CEO appear to think they are doing their employees a favor by providing employment and that employees should be grateful to be allowed to work there. You will never rise above a certain level because upper management saves those jobs for their friends and/or hires from outside the company.

If you are a hard worker and ethical you do not deserve this place! You being there until you leave will be the only good thing in the company. Do not let them use you as there only PROS! because they have nothing!

Cons

Managnemnt unprofessional is the least to be said! Do not care about there employee. Worst job ever!
