Pros

Eh… keep looking. It’s a crappy job that steals from employees so if you like not getting paid for your work that could be a plus.

Cons

The commission structure is intentionally confusing and filled with loopholes that cancel your commissions. For instance if you don’t get 37.5 hours you lose your entire week of commission which really sucks because management doesn’t put in PTO requests and you lose your commissions any time you take a day off. Also, their glitchy systems go down and you lose hours because of it and they still take away your commissions. There are constant errors in the commissions and requests to fix them are completely ignored. Supervisors are scared of middle management so they will not advocate for you. Like, it’s come to some seriously toxic public blow ups about people not getting paid and they’ve been sued several times. Seriously. I’m still looking. You should too. Happy hunting.

Pros

They will hire anyone. Pro?

Cons

This last review in Orchard Park was obviously written by one of the principals. Stay away from the company! It is a 3rd party business for Verizon. Version i s saving millions of dollars by hiring 3rd party contractors. No benefits. You will not make more than $11 an hour. It is a scam. The Director, HR, and Operations should be ashamed of themselves. Forcing employees to live of off credit cards is disgusting. They offer fake drug tests to hire those who can't find work anywhere else.
