Pros

You have the opportunity to make good money on a sales program. It's possible to make up to $20 or so an hour as a top rep on a sales program. Average is $13. For customer service programs you make around $15 tops but most make around $11. They have programs representing Verizon, AT&T, T-Mobile and others. Their is opportunity to advance within but you will get much less pay for supervising than the industry standards.

Cons

For TSRs it is Constant change in policy's and commissions so it makes it hard to budget or get comfortable. The benefits are not that good. You only get a week a year that you accrue over time and can only use after 6 months if you make it that long which most agents don't. For supervisors, lead and managers their is no career path or set way to pay raises. Your pay is also well below industry standard. Executive team and upper mangment are withdrawn from what is really going on and with the people and make quick decisions based more on turning a quick profit rather than on long term gain at the sake of the employees.

Pros

I liked the sales incentives they gave us. You make a sale and get put into a drawing to win different things every week such as iPads , iPhones, Bikes, TV's, Computers, and more. You still get your commission for the sale as well as get put into a drawing.

Cons

Challenges are the long hours sitting in a chair with minimal breaks. sometimes the job can be stressful, and theres not enough floor support for newer agents. Also the customers can stress you out a bit more because they feel its easier to yell and curse at agents because its over the phone customer service and sales not face to face.
