Pros

No available positive conditions by being employed by One TouchPoint.

Cons

Management seems to be of the current trend in the corporate world. It’s all about profit, not quality or employees. Expensive insurance, no contributions to 401 k, no raises in years. Employees are overworked and significantly underpaid compared with other comparable companies. Way too many managers and customer service or sales that have no experience working in production.

Pros

They are flexible with some employees difficult and complicated schedules.

Cons

Raises are non existent. Years go by before another increase in pay. Some women out on the floor in the production area are two faced, and back stabbers. Rumors get spread like wildfire! There is a dress code, but I have seen women out on the floor get away with wearing yoga pants, very tight jeans, shirts revealing cleavage & mid section, shoes with heals, and long hair not pulled back, and some of the men are pigs, and many could be confronted with harassment if women would come forward. I have seen men sent home for wearing shirts with certain sayings, and tanks or muscle shirts, but women seem to be able to wear revealing clothing out in production. It's inappropriate.
