Pros

Can't come up with something great. There is a reason why this company has a very low star rating!

Cons

Unclear direction, everything that should happen is understood but it doesn't happen that way. Everyone is focused on their job alone and makes things difficult to take steps to improve. No mentoring. HR is non-existent after hiring paperwork.

Pros

Free parking and water from the fountain. You get a cake after 10+ yrs of work. You learn to rely on yourself and not your coworkers or boss. Learn the definition of incompetent.

Cons

Everything there is a con. No raises, two restrooms on the floor and you smell what the employees are the day before. I snuck upstairs to use the executive restroom all the time. They don't care about their employees and pay remains low enough to hire sweatshop workers.

Pros

My colleagues were great people, but that is the only kind thing I have to say about One Touchpoint.

Cons

No cost of living wage increases, I was hourly and getting paid way below what I should have been getting. After a year and a half I had to ask my supervisor for an increase and that took months to go through because it had to be approved by the CEO! For a dollar an hour increase to what amounted to still WELL below a living wage! Upper management is clueless and out of touch. They truly don't care about their employees. Expensive health benefits, no 401K matching. They throw a party twice a year and act like they're doing everyone a great service. Just don't work here, the lack of yearly raises is reason enough.
