Pros

Great co-workers, lots of experience among the staff, ok work hours, ok benefits, some state of the art equipment

Cons

Favoritism, low pay, no raises, poor management, under staffed for the workload, workers stressed from being overworked, no room to advance, poor/lack of training, only worried about bottom line, equipment failures are a daily thing

Pros

There are many great employees, who care about the quality of their work, and take pride in what they do.

Cons

Leadership's stated direction and goals does not match their actions creating a negative culture and untrusting. Little training leaves employees frustrated. Wages below industry standard.
