      Pros

      If you can penetrate the good ole boy clique you're golden.

      Cons

      Mgt over promises and under-delivers to workers and customers. Quality can be fantastic but consistency is atrocious. I've never apologized to clients as often at any other company I've worked for.

      Pros

      Flexibility in hours Easygoing work atmosphere Free lunches monthly/quarterly Stable job if you are comfortable staying at the same place for a long time.

      Cons

      Does not give opportunities for advancement (even though it has been promised many times). Removed 401K matching years ago, hinted at profit sharing at one time, was never fulfilled. Health benefits coverage is expensive. Wage increases are few and far between - even for long time employees (6+ years) Sales force does not put care into writing contracts with offsite locations. Offsite employees are not included in inter company communications. Will not hesitate to let go of employees to meet their bottom line.

      Pros

      The annual catered Xmas dinner and the whopping $50 gift card for the entire year of dedicated service.

      Cons

      No 401k match, high health care premiums, no raises or cost of living in 7 years. Yes - that is YEARS. No room for growth or change. Managers & VP's more concerned about football stats than daily company operation.
