Pros

Big company. They invest in used old equipment and you are expected to run it, which I can and I can repair and make it work. The sad part is no one cares because the people upstairs don’t care. “How hard is it to push the go button”.

Cons

Jobs go out late and they go out wrong. This is upsetting to me because I’m a professional and if u say something it just goes by the wayside. This company really has potential but as stated above the executives need to focus on processes, people and equipment. Joni is most concerned about outsourcing work. We have the ability to make the product in house and be more profitable but she is more concerned about things she is not qualified to handle.

One of the worst places I’ve ever worked

Pros

Company framework is sound at least

Cons

There is an appearance of sincerity that gives you a sense of hopefulness that problems will be addressed. This makes many stay far longer than they would. The majority of employees are older with no real prospects to move on which leaves them disgruntled and in a hopeless situation. The spots left to fill are occupied by various former criminals or drug addicts who have no other alternatives in life. The despair and drama these people bring is predictable and never ends well. When you leave and go to a real company that takes pride in its work and values its employees you truly understand the trauma you’ve endured. It’s only a matter of time before there is an incredible collapse.

Pros

Coworkers Decent Benefits Package Promotes to middle management from within

Cons

Constant upper management turnover General disregard for employee needs and work/life balance Poor planning Infrequent and shifting employee review program - the employee review program encourages management to give poor reviews of those they manage Lack of pay raises to those deserving (definite corporate bottom line mentality) Lack of compensation has led to high turnover of experienced operators
