There are a friendly co-workers.

Cons

Unfriendly culture from the top down. Don’t bother giving suggestions because they shut you down before you can say a word. There is absolutely NO flexibility ask don’t believe them when the say they are. No performance raises and if you get one plan on 1%. Below average pay. No compassion. Ruthless customer service and HR managers.

Biggest decision of the morning is what the executives will order in for lunch.

Cons

Problems? We don’t want to hear about those. They will just work themselves out. Clients orders are late? Whoever screams the loudest gets there order worked on. This from Joni!

The work life balance is a negative at OTP. The focus can be on getting the job done while enjoying a good life balance, but OTP does not appreciate that capability.
