Latest tech stack, good learning. Opportunities to grow. Competitive package.

Cons

No job security, They fire old employees and recruit new employees though you are performing well. They just set up a normal meeting and inform the decision and within 5 mins laptop will be locked.

People seem to have good intentions. The recent layoffs were result of a much needed restructuring to reduce complacency. My brother recently joined as pm and even though I have left, the confusion and scope of improvement in products gives pms and designers a good chance to show impact. Lot of focus has been on product team set up in 2026 onwards. Point being its not at all a bad company. No.

Earlier it was a mixed vision and legacy engg team. Might have improved after DV stepped in as ceo.
