Pros

Great international team. Opportunities for growth. Innovative environment.

Cons

The amazing team of translators are NOT appreciated by management. This is not a recommended workplace as management does not provide a healthy work environment. I wish HR would step in.

As an organization, we strive to foster a positive work environment with challenging and meaningful assignments for all of our employees. With that being said, we understand that difficulties can occur and we hope that if an employee has any concerns regarding their work environment, that they would bring this to the attention of Human Resources so it can be addressed in an appropriate and timely manner.

Lack of vision and planning

Pros

Intelligent coworkers and interesting industry to be in.

Cons

Extreme lack of vision and planning for the company. Many employees only last a couple weeks because management changes their minds about hiring that role or the employee quits because their job description has changed so much. Unless you're in engineering, your job functions never stay the same. Employees are asked to change roles, departments, functions on a weekly basis with out any consideration of the employees background or what they want to work on in the future. The company is a completely flat structure with everyone reporting to the CEO. So its nearly impossible to get feedback or understand what to work on next since he is rarely in the office.

Pros

Benefits Employee DEIB Groups Unlimited time off

Cons

In the last two years, OneTrust has spent LOTS of money acquiring new companies without a plan and resources on how to onboard and be successful, thus leading to two rounds of layoffs in 2022 alone, not to mention the loss of other employees through either separation based on new leaders bringing in their own folks from more reputable companies or resignation because of lack of ethics and integrity. They have also hired a LOT of VP/C level executives while letting folks go who used to believe in this company. They no longer claim to be a people-first company and although OneTrust is trying to increase its employee engagement and create new company values, they are not truly listening to what employees are saying about what they want to work there. They are continually hemorrhaging employees. OneTrust should change its name to NoTrust, as they are a company that has no loyalty to its employees and employees have no trust in their leaders.
