Pros

Good benefits, decent pay (though this is slipping quick) Incredibly talented coworkers Nice office

Cons

Incredibly poor transparency Inconsistent Leadership Structure Lack of true understanding of customer needs One of the worst training environments i have ever been a part of Lack luster Work-Life Balance Supreme Politics when it comes to promotions (if they dont just walk it back on you) No diversity in Executive Level Recently merit increases have been delayed 2 months with no details provided to the empoyee base. LEadership points to HR, HR points to leadership. Some of the next gen products just do not work at scale and instead of working on them we just try to force it to the market.

Pros

The people at OneTrust are genuine, good, hardworking people. I had a great time making good relationships with my coworkers! My boss was the only reason why I stayed so long. The starting pay was good, the work is interesting, and it is exciting to be employed at a company that is growing as fast as OneTrust is. You definitely will get worked, and that can be a good or bad thing depending on how you view it.

Cons

No growth structure - once you start working, you should get comfortable because you won't move up. They try to make it sound like they have awesome benefits and reasons to join like being eligible for equity and whatnot, but they have a lot of fluff to get you onboarded, when in reality, growth within the company is basically unattainable. Management will start to give you more responsibilities as you are able to take more, which can be good for your professional development, but you won't get compensated fairly for it once you been working there for > 6 months.

We appreciate your feedback! One of the benefits of working at OneTrust is the ability to move through different departments and gain new skill sets throughout your tenure. We have a ‘pay for performance’ culture, and if you do change roles and gain new responsibilities, you will be eligible to receive a 'job change' evaluation the quarter following your transition. We are happy to reward those employees who are positively contributing to the business. Thank you again for providing your experience at OneTrust!

Pros

Good learning opportunity if you have absolutely nothing else going on in your life.

Cons

OneTrust does not care about their employees. Benefits are awful. No 401k. Insurance is minimal. Only 10 days of PTO and taking days off is frowned upon. Expectation is to work endless hours. Recurring nights and weekends are not unusual. Leadership is inexperienced and it is apparent. Prepare for burnout.
