They're driven, smart, and talented, and their diverse perspectives make collaborating fun. It's nice to see you like your compensation as well. We acknowledge OneTrust has gone through a lot of change. We aren't the same company we were when we were founded 8 years ago. Data, AI, and trust challenges have become more complex. Our company, teams, products, and processes have evolved as a result. We recognize that the dynamic environment and current phase of growth (a maturing scale up) aren't for everybody. For those who are motivated by continuously building and innovating with autonomy, OneTrust is a great place to work. We have 14,000+ customers across all industries and segments, and our products have a strong position in the market. We also have a flexible culture and benefits that support our employees both in and out of the office. Like many companies, we regularly evaluate our organizational needs to best serve our customers and to position the company for long-term success.
