Pros

Decent base salary and benefits offered.

Cons

This was the worst company culture I have ever work in. Leadership at all levels were arrogant, self centered, rude and offer absolutely no support. Managers will be-little and harass employees during team meeting. You will be expected to work very long hours. Again, worst culture I ever experienced, accept employment at your own risk, you have been warned.

Pros

-easy to land a job -unlimited PTO -work from home

Cons

-you will not grow or learn much here. -this company values profit over its employees, so be expected to be overworked and underpaid heavily. -management doesn’t try to improve the team but rather always comes up with excuses.

Thank you for giving us your candid feedback. We're sorry to see you had a poor experience at OneTrust. We acknowledge that in the first years that our company started, we were very customer-focused and our benefits were lacking. Recently, we've started an exciting metamorphosis to a people-first culture! We're obviously still focused on the success of our customers by helping them to do good and make a positive impact in the world, but we're also improving by putting our own employees in a better spot. We rolled out new benefits in the past year, some of which you mentioned. We're excited for what's to come in the future too! Additionally, our rapid growth in the market and ability to adapt our products to our customers' needs provides ample growth opportunities for our people.

Pros

Your colleagues will be smart

Cons

Beware of leadership... they lack transparency and cannot be trusted If you’re not part of the circle, which is the ex Manhattan or airwatch clique, then you will go no where in this organization. There is no culture and people are miserable.

Thank you for taking the time to provide feedback. We are happy to hear that your coworkers’ abilities met your expectations. We take a lot of pride in hiring the best. Transparency and communication have been a major point of emphasis since OneTrust was founded in 2016. Since our inception, we have launched a number of initiatives to help maintain that emphasis. You’ll see this commitment during our monthly All-Hands meetings, our Ask Me Anything sessions with CEO, Kabir Barday, and various other opportunities to let your voice be heard whether it be the more traditional engagement with your HR Business Partner or, as we have been encouraged, directly to Kabir himself. Additionally, we are currently evaluating and making additions to our Employee Engagement efforts in an attempt to provide employees with the ability to play an increasingly active role in development and fine tuning of various processes and policies. As an industry leader we understand the need to constantly step back and take a look at the efficacy of previous initiatives. As a company we are committed to constant improvement for our employees and customers as well as a culture of high performance and execution. We will continue to seek employees whose values align with that commitment. Thank you again for your feedback
