- The product sells itself - Having the potential to travel to clients - The VP of Product is a great guy - Good place for new grads or people with little experience to work very hard without expecting too much in return

Cons

- Toxic culture from the top down - You’re expected to abandon your personal life for making sure OneTrust stays in the lead — All while being under-compensated - Equity is frequently mentioned in the recruiting process but very seldom (if at all) distributed - Managers are not trained and for most it’s their first management role

-You'll work with amazing people who are incredibly talented -You'll learn a lot - Good place to work if you are right out of college and don't have a family/any other responsibilities

Cons

- No work life balance - Clients are given unrealistic expectations - Be prepared to always be working, including weekends - Everyone is always stressed out - Poor training - Management doesn't really care about their employees

Individuals are not count, you can only be the part of the huge machine .

Cons

You can not WFH and everyone expects you to be in the office till the evening, no matter when you come. No work/life balance
