Thank you for sharing your feedback. While we're happy you liked your compensation and benefits, it's disappointing to see you didn't enjoy your time at OneTrust overall. As you said, we do offer unlimited time off to our employees to give them the proper balance both in and out of the office, so it's unfortunate that this wasn't your experience. OneTrust has gone through a lot of change in recent months in response to shifts in the market's data and AI needs. With updates to technology and regulations, it's imperative that we develop our products in a way that gives our 14,000 customers exactly what they need in their trust transformation journeys. These shifts cause a lot of internal change, and we acknowledge this environment isn't for everybody. The OneTrust platform has a strong position in the market. We didn't get to this point by coasting or being satisfied. We're constantly innovating and pushing the envelope; we saw this with our first-mover advantage in privacy and now with the category-defining ways we're helping companies use data and AI responsibly. It's one of the reasons why a career at OneTrust is dynamic and exciting. That said, we recognize there's always room for improvement. We look forward to upcoming changes that enhance our customer and employee experience.
