Pros

there is a lot of opportunity for the software but lack of retention

Cons

OT says they are now "a best place to work company" - that is a bold lie. People are leaving left and right because it is so miserable. They find ways to take money from you in every aspect they can get. Low base. Change commission 3-4 times a year, constantly change quotas and have unattainable goals. Lack of rentention. Raises were less than 5% IF you got one. Constant fear of layoffs So many SVPs and VPs delegating with little to zero communication Constantly adding third-party vendors instead of putting R&D into their own technology

Pros

Layoff pushed me to finally make a career move. Decent benefits. Minimal micromanaging.

Cons

CEO touted unprecedented growth and record financial figures while undoubtedly behind the scenes planning to "restructure" and layoff almost a thousand employees. Denied "HR freeze" that was in place since March, stopping pay reviews and promotions, despite promising that promotions will come and working you beyond the expected responsibilities at the pay grade.

Pros

I enjoyed working from home. It became a commonplace benefit across the industry.

Cons

Many of the CEO's, Kabir, all-company meetings were to get employees excited about how fast "their" company is growing. I frequently felt he was just stoking his own ego under the guise of bragging on OneTrust employees. That turned out to be the case when he laid off 900+ employees or roughly 25% of the U.S. workforce.
