Solid product in a space that you are the leader and its a matter of not if you have a solution like Onetrust but when

VC controlled company now sadlky which 25% let go revently. Luckily not one. Disconnected leadership. Minim focus on real business challenges. Marketing and Sales ops and Tech is in the stone age. Pay for roles vary. Tenured peiole under paid and new e pkoyees paid more due to market demand and timing. Reviews d do not create equalirt. Doesn't keep employees in mind and mitigate this giving options worth nothing. Overall company with great product that is now controlled by VCs. Poor leadership and now has had a 25% layoff to cut the fat because the VC took a big loss last year with Wework and now being conservative with other investments they made which could lead to more. Very far from IPO promise. At minimum 2 years from IPO due to gaps.
