Pros

Benefits, Unlimited PTO, Office location, view and free coffee, free snacks are the only Pros in this company

Cons

There is no work/life balance. Do not even think about it. Salary is way too low for the job done. And in order to meet required work load to get done you will need to work at least 10-11 hours a day. Very poor leadership and you will not be heard unless you are with them more than a year or two. There is no job security at all. And be ready to get surprise and subjective judgement. Very toxic and unfair environment.

Pros

* Depending on your job role and department you get to work on good project and use latest software development tech stack.

Cons

* Company growth is mainly focus on sales and marketing, but the real backbone of company R&D is seriously lagging in terms of resources. * Too much work pressure and long hours. No structure or tools to support ever growing need to maintain, run, troubleshoot production support. If any tool is paid forget about it . you are left on your own to figure out issues and deal with it. * Too may unnecessary meetings. company is top heavy, lot of managers, but actual people doing work are pushed to do more and more each passing day. You have similar number of people supporting the core R&D ( development, production monitoring and troubleshooting) etc even though load on system has has gone tremendously up and you are expected to work round the clock to support them.

OneTrust Response
1y
Thank you for sharing your perspective. It's disappointing to see that you had a negative experience on the Marketing team. OneTrust is on a journey to maturity while positioning ourselves for long-term success. Like many companies, we regularly evaluate our organizational needs to best serve our customers and to achieve this success. This recent realignment is aimed at significantly enhancing our speed, responsiveness, and flexibility while best aligning with our core product strategy. The restructuring was carefully considered, and we repositioned many employees into new business units and roles to minimize the impact on our workforce. Unfortunately, some employees were affected, and we have supported them through this transition. While this transition brings change, it also presents immense opportunities. Our commitment to supporting our customers remains unwavering, and we are confident that we will continue to foster greater innovation, success, and sustained growth. We acknowledge the contributions of those that have been part of the OneTrust team and wish them the very best in their future endeavors.
