You will learn about Privacy You will appreciate your future company

Immature VP doesn't even reply to your emails. Unskilled managers who keep canceling your meeting as they have no time ( hard to speak about your goals) No internal communication. Your hard work will not be appreciated. If you think you signed a contract to work from 9 to 5 you can leave ( words of the CEO ). Work over weekends and Christmas. No Work balance life at all. Expect to work until 10 pm. Don't expect to get promoted soon. Really stressful as you have to deliver very quickly with software which as a lot of bugs so expect angry clients and escalation in your daily routine. Overloaded with projects. Barely any Benefits If you like to be stressed and are a workaholic this is a good place if not avoid. Salespeople must avoid this place as they fire a lot.
