      Misled about what position would be

      Pros

      "Millennial" startup vibe in office, great coworkers

      Cons

      Job description entirely different than reality, upward and horizontal mobility is promised but is not common, lack of experienced leadership in management level; 20 somethings managing other 20 somethings. Consultants must have leverage in order to get promoted or move to a new area of the business. Even consultants that have been here for more than a year may get looked over. Professional services was asked to stay until 8 PM every night in December to catch up on our backlog in the name of sharing an experience that you will look back on fondly.

Our Learning and Development program rolled out in 2019, and we are continuing to build and execute manager trainings to help new managers navigate their new roles and become effective people leaders.

      Exciting Times

      Pros

      I am fairly new to the organisation but my experience to date has been very positive. From the interview process, which was great, to the warm welcome received by my team and manager. The on-boarding and training has been intense but I am learning a lot. This company is not for everyone but if you are willing to work hard and want to work with a high performing team, a great product and one of the fastest growing companies in the world - then like me, you will find every day exciting. There is a ton of opportunity for those with the right mindset and attitude. The product is great. It is a unique opportunity to work for a relatively big company, that still maintains its start-up culture and mentality (in a good way).

      Cons

      When a company grows so fast, there are inevitably challenges - this isn't unique to OT though. Whilst pay/compensation is fair and generous there are no benefits to speak of.

      Great people to work with , horrible management

      Pros

      Made a lot of great friends there and HR is pretty good. Has the young start up culture feel which is super nice if that’s what you were looking for. You get some great experience and I’d say job was not hard to get so it’s good if you’re coming out of college.

      Cons

      Had to work long 10-12 hrs on not just some weeks but a lot of weeks. management Is abusive and very demoralizing . Will blame you for errors even if it wasn’t your fault to begin with. CEO isn’t any better, also yelled us for not doing well and had unrealistic expectations despite being under staffed At the time . The pay and benefits was a joke for the amount of work we did and I never moved up despite being promised that it was an easy company to move up in if you worked hard . My advice If you’re going to work here is to get the experience and leave as soon as you get an offer elsewhere since it doesn’t seem like the company has a future in the long run due to it only offering solutions to GDPR

We operate in a very deadline-intensive industry where missed delivery items can not only mean customer dissatisfaction but monetary and legal ramifications for them and thus we must ask our team members to be incredibly nimble. While we are typically not a 9-5 environment, its always been our goal to recognize our hard working employees with performance spot bonuses, competitive salaries and accelerated career opportunities for going the extra mile!
