Pros

Personally gained and learned a lot during my tenure there. As an early employee I was given a lot of different responsibilities and ownership of my work. I continue to use what I learned in my current role. Startup mentality where you will get to work directly on a lot of exciting things and it's never dull. Leadership team has a cohesive vision and strategy for what they're building. You will get to work with super qualified and hardworking coworkers I greatly appreciated my time there. Learned a lot and would recommend it overall.

Cons

Definitely not a 40 hour work week and not the best fit if you're looking for something very structured. You don't get all the stereotypical tech company benefits e.g. catered lunch, employee activities. They made improvements to benefits and compensation but still lagging behind beyond what you would expect for a company of their size and growth. Office in Sandy Springs with terrible traffic on backroads nearby
