Cons

- Worst Management I've ever seen, specially the CEO (people try to avoid him) - Management based on FEAR. You feel threatened almost every day - It is all about SCRIPTS! what you have to say, the way you run your demo, etc - Work from home not allowed: old school company - Mental health issues around the office: depression, insomnia, anxiety

Incredibly intelligent and hard working engineers, one-of-a-kind product that is cutting edge. Pay is above average.

Cons

Senior leadership doesn't care at all about their employees. Very cliquish, incompetent managers. They are not at all trying to make this a great place to work.
