Pros

-fast growing company in a quickly evolving industry -plenty of opportunities for taking on new responsibilities -learn more in a short time here than years at larger organization -lots of changes for moving to other teams within the company -management prioritizes promoting from within

Cons

This isn't the place to work if you're watching the clock to leave at 5 every day. The people that put effort in are rewarded but definitely isn't for everyone. Not the type of startup where you come to drink beer and play ping pong. Real work being done by people with real experience.

They attract good people You can grow with the company Self-funded so you don't have to deal with the VC drama The company is really good at sales so you will always have a job

Cons

Management takes advantage of hard workers Office has a depressing 80s vibe Management will remind you of Gavin Belson if that tells you anything

The people you work with on a daily basis are warm, welcoming and good at what they do (for the most part). The platform is relevant...for now.

Cons

The Chairman and CEO are both brutally disrespectful and out of touch. The VPs are just "yes people". The mentality is "you aren't important and we can easily replace you if you leave". Naturally, the top talent has either left or is looking to make a move.
