Terrible place to work and lack professional hands on support to customers

Pros

One trust have no pros

Cons

I have work with one trust for a year. They lack professionals services for thiervm customers. They want their customers to provide documentations and process then still go into the tool and implement the processes by themselves. What a shame.

Pros

The benefits are great, unlimited PTO (that no one uses).

Cons

Poor communication between leadership and the rest of the company. When working on a deal, OT tries to put every roadblock possible vs having a positive attitude and working together. Training is below average, not about the product but rather focused on the talk track. Internal communication can be awful and lengthy.
